- They usually describe me as “nice”. I’ve never been able to wrap my head around the meaning of: nice. Ok, so I don’t carry around chips on my shoulders and I’m not out to prove anything to anyone. I believe I can do anything if I put my mind to it. And I’ve never hated a soul. I always look for the good in people and normally find a soft spot. I’m a pacifist; a lover of all things living. I may become annoyed, but never angry; and I’ll walk away from an argument every time. I believe that every person is seen differently by the next; every one of them has a right to be loved and no one has the right to interfere with that. I believe that everyone is important to some one. I don’t read the paper or listen to the News very much. I can’t trust myself, to stay unaffected by the suffrage of others. I know I can’t change it or really make a difference for them, so I stay embroiled in my family and making things as nice as I can in my own back yard. I believe that it starts there anyway…..like a ripple in a pond.
